Unfortunately this supplement caused an allergic reaction. When I viewed the ingredients for this product at the time of ordering it was very different from the product that was delivered. It was a caplet rather than the capsules that I was used to taking and which I placed the order for. Very disappointed that caplets were substituted for capsules with less allergens.

Seems good and doesn't bother my stomach. Although taking 4 at a time is not always easy.

Great product , use to take this for years and wanted to start again.

以前はカプセルを飲んでいて、熟睡や寝起きの良さなど実感していましたが、価格が安かったので、これに変えたら、固形の錠剤でした。カプセルに比べると効果が感じられません。高いけどカプセルに戻そうかと。同じメーカーなのにどうしてそうなのか、違いを説明してほしい。

いつもこれ、頼んでます、アミノ酸取るようになって、疲れにくくなりました、ダイエットの効果としては⁇⁇本当に一番最初使い始めた時だけなんか良かったですけど、それ以降は、、、でも、今は疲れにくさの為に欠かせません！！

今まではカプセルタイプを利用していたしので、タブレットで少し心配していましたが案外飲みやすくて良かったです。

疲れた日の夜に飲むと、翌朝スッキリして起きれます。

なんとなくで何ヶ月か飲んでましたが海外品でサプリメントが大きく飲みづらくてストレスになったのでもうやめます。特に痩せたとか太りにくくなったとかはなかったかな
