Works well
Good deep fryer, very sturdy. The actual basket that holds the food is smaller than I expected.

Better cover lids, assembly needs improvement
I received my machine dirty and screws not intact, probably because I didn’t get no insurance on the machine. I still paid the same price as everyone one else and i still got the worse machine on the market. Worse interaction with this purchase

As advertised it works great
The media could not be loaded. Easy to set up and use. Once the heat light goes out it’s ready

Green light never worked - Fryer is great
Very easy to clean - heats up very fast. Does a great job on seafood and fried chicken.

Not a great voice for commercial use
All the escrows come off. The ones holding the baskets get loose and eventually fall into the oil tank. Doesn’t get hot enough as promised.

Not well very well made
This unite has some nice features. Unfortunately it is not well made. It has some unnecessary safety features that do not work well because of construction. The quality control leaves a much to be desired. The drains are too small and clog easily. The safety switch in the back needs adjusting because of poor assembly. I would not recommend this unit to others. There are some better options out on amazon that work better.
