Great for novices
I have never installed wall paper border but this stuff is so easy to use! I did the shorter pieces by myself but has had help with any section longer then my wingspan.

I used this in my master bathroom as I moved here from the beach. I wanted to decorate to remind me of the beach back home .It was very easy to apply at the top of my walls.
