Beans fresh and clean!
These are my favorite redbeans to use for redbeans and rice! Seldom do I find a bean that needs to be thrown out and the skins are firm and perfect for serving up a delicious bowl!

Camellia dried beans are the best!
They're the best in my opinion. I'd tried other brands of dried beans but they weren't as good. These turn out good every single time. Red beans and rice turns out perfect!!

The best bean brand you could buy. I'm from the south and moved to Colorado, and these beans aren't easy to find here. They really take me back home .

Things I noticed about these beans:They are clean out of the package (but wash them anyway);Cook faster than the store bought beans I normally purchase;Are more tender and have a really good flavor;Don't seem to be as many beans in these packages as store purchased bags of beans;Cost twice as much on Amazon as they do at the commissary, haven't seen them in any grocery stores in N. VA.

Best flavor for New Orleans style red beans
These beans are the best if you want to make New Orleans style red beans and rice. They have the best flavor. They taste fresh and their flavor cannot be duplicated. It is the most common choice for those who live in New Orleans. I make a vegan version of the red beans and rice and folks love it! I do wish that they were organic, though. That is the only reason I did not give them 5 stars.
