Purchased this for my granddaughter. She was excited to try it out. We did need to watch a video on it to learn how to thread the needle. It is well designed, she was happy with it.

Bought this for my granddaughter who loves crafts and trying new things. Can't wait to give this to her for Christmas. It looks exactly as was shown online. We will learn together how to do punch needle crafts!

The yarn is very pretty, however, the fabric doesn't receive the yarn very well. The needle made big holes in the fabric, I had to start over again and again.If the fabric had a tighter weave, it would work better for the needle punch.Wouldn't buy again.

I wanted to love this so much! The idea is awesome and the thread is beautiful, but the actual punching fabric is so weak that I’m not able to complete the project. The thread has no tension to stick into since the fabric holes are so “loose.” I’d return it if it wasn’t past the time. :-(

I have looked up many videos and tutorials, thinking we we’re the issue, as for some reason (whether it’s crappy/low quality fabric or the crappy punch needle) the embroidery floss/thread comes out nearly every time and then you have a bunch of punched open holes in the fabric/embroidery pattern. We tried everything, going slow, changing the angle of the needle, being mindful of the distance between fabric and needle, everything we could think of, and after too much research it most likely comes down to cheap embroidery fabric and a cheap punch needle which is why the yarn pulls out everytime. My child loved this, though we both ultimately gave up as we couldn’t get the thread to stay through the fabric and it became a nuisance. Will return and try a better brand.
