I use these camping!! Only have to add water and cook over fire! I use a mini muffin pan wrapped in tinfoil over a medium fire. DELICIOUS!!! Nothing like a blueberry muffin warm! good value for $. Easy to cook. Very moist. Nice texture eating.

My husband loves a muffin every morning for his breakfast. The cost of purchasing ready-made muffins at the stores or dining establishments has increased so much over the last couple of years we started testing the box mix brands. So far, the lemon poppyseed is at the top of the list by Betty Crocker. They always turn out perfect and are easy and to mix up and bake if you need them in a hurry. The jumbo work out well for him as I get one for his son and the other 5 for his weekday mornings.

I absolutely love this mix!! It was so easy to use. The directions were simple and you only needed a few ingredients. It was the perfect size to make the right amount of muffins. My chocolate chip muffins came out so incredibly moist, soft and delicious. If you're looking for a simple recipe this is it. You're going to get better muffins than you would get from the bakery or grocery store. Especially for the price.

This is easy to make but it needed some more chips. Which I do have in my cabinet. Taste was okay for a box instead of homemade chocolate chip muffins.

Easy to follow instructions, you will have some yummy muffins soon! (Use of a can opener for the blueberries.) I made 12 full size muffins with this mix and ate 3 right off! So yes, they are delicious! Blueberry! Maybe one year I'll try the strawberry.

Love these mixes. Makes 12 good size muffins that have a light texture and taste great. Sometimes I add some fresh berries to it to give it an even better flavor.

Made the blueberry loaf with a couple teaspoons of orange zest in it instead of the muffins. Turned out moist and tasty!
