Lawry'sTenderizing Beef Marinade Spices & Seasonings Mix, 1.06 oz (Pack of 12)

Marinate according to package(I use red cooking wine instead of water)and tenderize refrigerated meat per side and rotating sides for a minimum of 4-6 hours prior to grilling.

I have been marinating my beef roasts in Lawrey's Marinade for over 15 years and we all love the flavor it adds to the roast. I marinade the beef overnight in the fridge. I am not too sure if it tenderizes it much, maybe only a bit, but the flavor it adds is fantastic. And it does not bother my heartburn either.

So many Sunday dinners with this beef marinade. It is amazing stuff! My sister and I would literally drink the gravy when we were younger, and we were always extremely disappointed when the stores were out of stock, or stopped stocking it like they have now. The whole family is grateful we're still able to get it this way.

The only complaint is the price of the product.

This is hard to find in the stores so I was so happy to find it online. It is the best seasoning and tenderizer for any quality steaks. It is the best marinade on the market by far. You can make a cheap steak taste like a huge bone at the most expensive restaurant.

I have been using this for years, but sometimes it is difficult to find at the supermarket so I was very pleased to find them on Amazon. We use it to marinate our tri tip roasts before grilling them.

I love this marinade! Makes the best tasting most tender steak I've ever had! Been using it for years but for some reason it has disappeared from the grocery stores. I will be very sad if I can no longer find it anywhere I was so glad to have found it here!
