The faux leather actually looks pretty nice and is soft to the touch. It sits a little firm but the design of the arms makes laying on it comfortable. Delivery service was professional. They did try to upgrade us to “white glove”service but didn’t pressure us in any way when we declined. That meant we had to put the feet on ourselves which was easy. It took several weeks to get but was delivered as promised. Overall my mother is very happy with her small “sofa”.

They don’t make em like they used to. Bit aggravating getting the legs on as they don’t screw in like they used to. Have to screw em on with screws. Cushions slide out a bit and you have to push em back in when you stand up. The cushions are a little hard. Soften up some but not a lot. Other than that it’s ok.

I bought this couch as a gift to my mom who has just been moved to assisted living and i paid extra for them to put in room of choice and take away the packing material. They were in such a rush they never unpacked the feet or attached them to the couch and trying to get any help from Amazon or Ashley Furniture is impossible and infuriating. I do not recommend this whatsoever. The couch is so low to the ground my mom has a hard time getting out of it. She didn’t know the couch was supposed to have feet.

The loveseat is very nice but if Amazon is going to offer deluxe delivery their team should bring the tools to do the job. The feet needed to be installed on this so the driver asked if we had a screwdriver. That didn’t work because there were no holes for the screws. That’s because they are the kind of screws that make their own holes. They should have known that and should have had a drill.

Not too big and not too small. It's a really cute and well made loveseat. We used Amazon delivery and they were awesome group that delivered the loveseat. I would definitely recommend this loveseat.

Had ordered 2 loveseats, only received one. Took me awhile to get it cleared up. But the look and comfort is great, but have to wait to see durability.

Specifically was looking for a loveseat more than 59”. This is maybe 61-2” wide due to puffier arm rest but really might as well be listed as 59”. Also faux leather it is more suede like. Dark grey looks a little like dark brown. Keep thinking this can’t be right order. Hoping once broken in will at least be comfortable.
