This part broke on my Westforce pressure washer…after a year of ownership, After looking up the company I Took a picture of it and emailed it to there customer service, within 24 hours I had a reply along with a link to the part on Amazon and made the purchase and it arrived directly from china in a couple weeks. Part was reasonably priced and easy to swap out. Pressure washer now is working like new?

Purchased the Westforce electric power washer SCEPWV1900-B 1 1/2 years ago. It worked the first year then the elbow (pictured) cracked on the inside of the elbow. I replaced it with a WestForce elbow and it worked for three washes and just leaked today (10/17/23). Leaks on the inside of the elbow (same location as last time) but there was no visible crack - it appears that it’s leaking due to poor adhesion at the seam. This part is no longer available on Amazon. If you’re looking for a pressure washer check to see if it has one of these mfg. flawed elbows - and don’t purchase.

Disappointed that a new barely used Pressure washer started leaking in the middle of a job. Part worked well and was easy to install.

I replaced the one that was leaking badly and the pressure is pack up and the part works perfectly.

The media could not be loaded. I bought it not knowing if it would work on my Pressure washer Casulo and wow I was able to fix my crack elbow fitting for $10 thank you amazon for having this. I was a prefect fit!!!

Do not buy! Ripoff!I attempted to cancel the order LONG before it was shipped, and it could not be cancelled. Once I received the part, I attempted to return the part only to learn I was going to be charged shipping. This is 2/3 the cost of the part. This is the weak part on the power washer. The best course of action is to throw away the worthless hose reel, and have a hose made up to connect direct to the output of the power washer. This helps the turnover issue that breaks the part that cannot be cancelled once it has been ordered.
