I did not like that the box was scuffed up even inside the package, it was like dirty as though it had fallen on the floor and got kicked around a little. Also it has nothing to do with Armani but my package got lost in the mail and they immediately sent me a replacement at no cost to me. It came brand new in the box and keeps time perfectly. The other thing I wan to mention is the band had every single link in it so the watch band was very large. Luckily I have the tools to take out links and change batteries and it was easy for me. If you do not have the tools I recommend you order them with this watch, or take it to a trusted person that works on jewelry.

They sent me the case and the booklet but the literal watch is missing I called Armani and they said they can’t help me and settings on Amazon aren’t working either this whole thing is bullcrap

I opened the box and the watch was not secure in its place almost fell out of the box like if someone opened it and just placed it back.
