i am planning to use this runner in a patio table , i just wonder if it will be ok with lots of sun?

I have it inside the house. But with summer sun the table runner is probably going to lose the bright colors.

Are these blankets good thick quality and made in Mexico?

As far as I know, the tablecloths are made in Mexico. I've bought them in Mexico and they are they same as received from Amazon. They are not heavy as you might find a serape, but the patterns/colors are as serape and blankets. However, the weight and weave are very nice, and the product overall is good as well as the cost. They are suitable for tablecloths, napkins, display, garments, quilting, etc.

Is the print on both sides of the fabric?

Since the colored threads are woven, the appearance is the same on both sides.

Is the print on both sides of the fabric?

Yes, there are prints on both sides of the fabric.
