Oxtail Seasoning
The very first time that I used this seasoning, my family loved the way that it tasted. So I’m hooked.

Thyme Stems are not soft
I was hoping for a bit more heat, like the Curry or the Jerk. The sauce is fantastic but as in all of SpurTrees products the BIG issue is they do not remove the stems from the Thyme and cooking does not soften them. Other than that, it would be a 5 plus, but until they can fix that, I would rate it as a 4 3/4s stars.

I love this product oxtail seasoning. My wife usually uses the spur tree oxtail seasoning and soak the oxtail overnight in it. It sticks well to the mate and extremely good flavor
