Easy and quick install. Very solid once installed. Plenty of screw holes in case you want a more secure install like in my case. One mistake I did make which the directions don’t cover: there is a foam sticker that helps to make a watertight seal. It’s obvious you peel the sticker but not obvious which side the sticky side goes. It should face out/you so it sticks to the black plastic backing of the covering. I originally installed it sticking to the power box but when I uninstalled it to adjust a power outlet it was a huge pain to remove because the adhesive had set. Otherwise very good weatherproof box and the clear plastic is super clear so you can see your outlets.

This weather proof outlet box is very well made and heavy duty. You have to buy the plastic cover separately (get the Enerlites one only - they fit perfectly)...at roughly the same cost as the box...but given the quality of both pieces I considered that a very good & long-terminvestment.

While I have no doubt this weatherproof box will do what it's supposed to do, it has not yet been installed. There are other projects that have to be completed first before this gets installed. The box, electrical devices, (duplex outlet and switch), and the cover have been test assembled. Overall, the test fitting went as expected. However, the screws provided by the device manufacture and the cover manufacturer are insufficient. Once the devices, the gasket and the weatherproof cover are in place, the screws provided are not long enough. If you press hard enough, you can get one, maybe two threads into the box to hold things together. Fortunately, I had some 6-32 stainless steel flat head screws in a 1 1/4 inch length that worked perfectly with the threads making it through the threaded box holes with about 6 threads on the other side of the hole. Since the new screws essentially held everything together, I disposed of the screws that came with the devices and the cover. So, if you wish to use this cover with outlets or switches, you will need longer 6-32 flat head screws, (1 1/4 Inch), to easily assemble this on a vertical wall. I recommend Stainless Steel screws for one less thing to worry about in a wet or exposed location. (One Star off for the short screws.)

These Plastic Dual-outlet Covers arrived quickly easy to install. The available screw mounting holes allow you to fit most common outlet boxes. Hope the Plastic material can handle the Michigan Winter weather but happy so far.

Lo compré para ahorrarme la instalación de la caja de un contacto wifi, casi no hice muchos cambios y estoy satisfecho ya que la caja se ve resistente, en cuanto al precio me pareció un poco caro pero al final creo que lo vale, todo quedó dentro de la caja.

Not just for outdoor electrical outlets! I used this box to protect my electronics for the outdoor Christmas lights. I installed it under my eaves with Velcro tape, to the siding. As you can see, I managed to get the wifi electronics into the box to protect it from snow or moisture blowing into the wiring. I also attached a box to my back fence for the same reason, housing yard light remote controller. These are a bit pricey but comparable to other outdoor boxes and I chose this one for the larger size, to house electronics.
