These are great when you have a girl & boy. They don't fight over the same rope. The ropes are made well and hold up outside. We leave them outside in our yard for the past several weeks and there have been no issues. Its easy to adjust the length and soft enough so that it won't hurt them.

Pretty decent quality. We had it for a few month. Bead are now starting to come off.

Great for beginners! I got this set for my girl who is turning 7! She has been asking for jump rope for a long time and very persistent. Decided to go with after reading the reviews and I agree with all the positive reviews. It came well package. It was super easy to take off the extra rubber thing to shorten the length. My 7yo is 47”, the way it was was too long. I took off about 10 of those links and the length was perfect. It will be something she can grow into. We have it almost a month now, she had been at it at least 3 times a week and no issues. It’s a great price too! Since 2 came in the set, her little brother got the blue one. He had no idea what he was doing, so he used as his pretend fishing rod 🤣

I bought these for my 11 year old daughter and 8 year old son after searching so many jump ropes and reading the reviews. The weight is perfect. So easy to adjust the length. The plastic is well made too. Not flimsy looking or feeling. They love them and so do I.

The jump rope is easy to use and easy to shorten for any size needed. The biggest problem is that the beads are super painful. This is not really ideal for kids. The weighted rope is good in concept, but for a beginner who often will hit themselves, this is not ideal at all. It hurts any body part that it hits. My daughter stopped using it right away after the first hard hit to her shins. I think it's not bad for an experienced jumper, but not a beginner.

My six year old granddaughter was learning to jump rope with a regular size jump rope. It was too long and not able to shorten. This jump rope is perfect. Very easy to get the length right by following the enclosed directions. She’s really loving learning to jump rope and we can lengthen it as she grows. Very happy with this product!

Hadn't jumped rope in years, so it took a few tries to get back in the swing of things. I'm 5'7" and shortened the rope about 8"; no tools needed. I use it for warm-ups, interval training, coordination, etc. It's fine for speed jumping, too, and the soft beads sting less than the old kids' ropes did. I still can't do double-unders - maybe the rope's too light to swing that fast, or maybe it's just me. Great purchase. I've only used these indoors, but I think they'd hold up fine on asphalt.
