Marie Sharp's HOT HABANERO BEWARE COMATOSE and BELIZEAN HEAT Pepper Sauce 10oz

I initially ordered a pack of the OG sauce and was unsure about it because it is basically spicy carrot sauce, but it really really grew on me. Fantastic on eggs.Got this pack because I wanted the same thing with more heat. They all taste EXACTLY the same, but just the same sauce with scaling levels of heat."Beware" is the hottest, but it is far from miserable. Pretty pleasant, actually. Hot enough to give you a little kick, but you aren't frantically reaching for water by any means. The base one is barely hotter than tobasco, but still very tasty.

I go through this brand/style of hot sauce very quickly. They are all similarly spiced in this package but there is a teeny bit of difference in heat. Good price for a three pack, especially compared to brick and mortar stores near me.

Best taco sauce ever! You can tell they actually use fresh ingredients and has very good spice. Highly recommend.

This hot sauce is superior! I personally favor it for a recipe that is as follows: heat 1 tsp to 1 Tbs of butter in a pan on Medium-low heat, once butter is fully melted, crack 2-5 eggs and DO NOT immediately stir. Once eggs have cooked slightly white on the bottoms, break yolks and stir occasionally (as though you were cooking scrambled eggs[these are not scrambled, they are "mixed"{something many professional chefs will tell you not to do《but I usually go against the grain and it works》}])Anyway, add salt and pepper to taste while eggs are still supple and well undercooked, continue to mix until cooked to preferred wellness, then add to plate.Place a glass bowl (about 5" across) into microwave and microwave 1 large flour tortilla for 10 seconds... *caution* tortilla will be hot when you remove it...remove it immediately after the timer goes off and fold it best you can to hold the moisture in (as you will be tearing it apart, not making a burrito)Add small amount of hot sauce to eggs (chopped fairly small) but dont add to much YOU CAN ALWAYS ADD MORE.Tear large piece or tortilla off and fold in half, then mix eggs so hotsauce is evenly dispersed. Then continue to tear of more piece a of tortilla to grasp more eggs and pop the bit in your nouth...I'm betting you wont stop doing eggs this way! :) you're welcomeThis recipe was learned from a friend of mine I met In my childhood who came from Guatemala when we were kids...I'll never forget it

I came across Mary Sharps habanero about 4 months ago. I love habanero and habanero sauces so I bought a two pack to try it out, just to see how I liked it, then come to find out I loved it so much I turned around and bought this 3 variety pack, so I was sitting on five 10oz bottles right off the bat. My wife was like WTH seeing as black pepper is too spicy for her. LOL.Well I ended up opening all three from this pack at the same time to you see how the heat levels differed; was curious as to just how hot the comatose bottle actually was. Only downside I’ve found is that it’s literally the same habanero hot sauce in each of the three bottles with just a different label slapped on it. Even the ingredient labels read the same except I think comatose didn’t have water on the ingredient label, that was the only distinct difference between the three but as far as heat goes, they were all the same, neither hotter then the next. That was the only thing I was bummed about. Don’t get me wrong tho, the hot sauce tastes amazing, hence the 5 star review. I still devoured each and every bottle because this sauce is just that good. In the past 4 months I’ve polished off 8-10 MS Habanero 10oz bottles by myself, seeing no one else in my family dares to touch it. It goes good on everything and the flavor and heat don’t take over the dish, they compliment it really well. Buy a single bottle to try it out and I’m sure you’ll be purchasing 3 packs from then on out. I know I will be just so I know I have extra bottles in the pantry for when I run out.

Best sauce I ever had.Heat is perfect. Flavor is excellent. I can happily eat raw habaneros (without the seeds!) so this sauce is nowhere near challenging heat-wise. BUT THAT'S NOT THE POINT, IS IT?? If it is, then just buy the comatose one. If you, like me, enjoy flavor and the experience of heat, then you're in luck!The heat comes on real slow, and builds slowly. You can dab a few drops on for a low-heat, quiet smolder. Or you can smother your food in hot sauce for a nice throb which dissipates to a pleasant tingle on the lips.The flavor is phenomenal. It is NOT a sweet hot sauce. Which is good. Sweet hot sauces can chortle my balls. This is just beautifully balanced and so so so tasty. I've put it on both seasoned and unseasoned foods. Rice, eggs, chili, soup, stew, chicken....It seems to go perfectly with eveyrthing, and even in grotesque quantities, it still tastes amazing and does not obscure the food's flavor.Honestly I'm not sure how this exists, exactly. If you're idea of a really spicy delicious sauce is Tobasco Scorpion, then you need to try this. You will throw you tobasco in the garbage.I did.No, not really. Do you want it? It's just...sitting there. Like the last unadopted orphan in the orphanage.

i really enjoy the flavor of this product, my Belizian friend turned me on to this been using ever since. mild flavor is easier to find than the spicier ones, thats why i have to buy it online

Good heat and flavor without being too overpowering.
