I’m really happy with my Costa Farms Majesty Palm! It arrived in great shape, and the packaging was solid, so the plant came in healthy with no damage at all.Plant Health:The palm was super healthy right out of the box and has been thriving ever since. I was pleasantly surprised at how lush and vibrant the leaves were, and it’s still doing really well weeks later. It even came with plant food, which was a nice bonus to help keep it going strong.Design & Pots:The pots are plastic, but they actually look really good. They have a modern style that fits perfectly with my indoor decor, and the size is just right for the palm. It’s lightweight but doesn’t feel cheap, so no complaints there.Overall:If you’re looking for a beautiful, easy-to-care-for plant, this Majesty Palm is a great choice. Healthy, well-packaged, and comes with everything you need to help it thrive. Highly recommend!

I couldn't be happier with this gorgeous Bamboo Palm!! I haven't had potted plants in my home for years, due to being unsure how to care for them. I was so delighted to see care instructions for this palm, it put my mind at ease. It arrived healthy and the soil was moist. Definitely a great value! the high quality and size of the plant it is an absolute must buy! I'm already looking for a place to put another one!

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with the Costa Farms Majesty Palm I received from Amazon. The plant arrived with fungal gnats in the soil, which is unacceptable for a company that claims to provide high-quality plants. Despite my best efforts to treat the infestation and replace the soil, the plant ultimately died due to this and root rot caused by the poorly designed container with inadequate drainage, which I also replaced.I contacted Costa Farms directly, hoping they would stand behind their product and offer some level of support. Unfortunately, they refused to replace the plant or provide any compensation, citing that I was past the refund and return period. This is not the kind of customer service I expect from a reputable company.As a consumer, I expect a certain level of quality and care when purchasing a living product like a plant. Costa Farms failed to meet these expectations, and their refusal to take responsibility for the issue is disappointing.Pros: The plant looked healthy and beautiful when it arrived, and I was initially excited to have it in my home.Cons: 1. Fungal gnats in the soil 2. Poorly designed container with inadequate drainage 3. Root rot caused by the container design 4. Unresponsive and unhelpful customer service from Costa Farms 5. No support or compensation offered despite my efforts.Recommendation: If you're considering purchasing a plant from Costa Farms, I would think twice. The quality of their products and their customer service are not up to par. Look for other companies that prioritize the health and well-being of their plants and provide better support to their customers.Update: I've tried to resolve this issue with Costa Farms directly, but they have refused to take responsibility or offer any assistance. We now live in a three room apartment in a city and not in a single family home with a garden. This plant is just the right size for the space and it attracts attention. It’s lights and water requirements are perfect.

Product arrived in a damaged box from UPS. I was afraid the plant was damaged but it looks okay from what I can see. Very luscious, green, and full of healthy leaves. I’ve bought from Costa Farms before, and they have never disappointed me with any plant I’ve gotten. I recommend getting this plant and buying from Costa Farms. You can tell their plants are very well taken care of.
