How big is this product really? I see reviews saying it is under 4 inches, but description says 6.8. Which is it?

The Classic Etch-a-Sketch has a 6.25 by 4.5 inch screen. The Pocket Etch-a-Sketch is considerably smaller.

Am I able to purchase 96 of these?

I only have 1 vintage / used one in my store.

I would like to buy these in bulk? For Operation Christmas child.

I don't have a bulk quantity sorry

does it use the knobs or do you have to use a pen?

It has two knobs that turn like the classic version has. It doesn't come with a pen, as it's not a touch screen.
