Hazard Prevention through Effective Safety and Health Training

I gave two stars; one star for receiving the book without any pages missing; one star for receiving the book quickly. However, I bought this book "new" and I received it with permanent creases in the top right hand corner spanning through most of the book, and the cover was scratched (deep indent in the middle). It's hard to return a textbook when you need it for class, so I just kept it.
