The styling of the arcade cabinet is spot on. The joystick and buttons are very playable. The sound quality is excellent given the 8bit soundtrack. And the screen is sharp. As a bubble bobble nutjob, I had to have this machine. It only has the NES port of the game, not Rainbow Island or Bubble Bobble 2/symphony like the pocket player has. This is a shame as there is no reason they could not have included them on the rom. It looks great in the packaging and also as a mini arcade machine sitting alongside my jamma machines at home. Alas I am yet to find an original jamma standup machine for BB, just the various Taito and bootlegs PCBs so this mini machine is a small dream for me. Sourcing this via desertcart in the US to the UK was not cheap but definitely worth it. Arrived in 6days. For just over 50 quid altogether. Can't argue with that. Even my 9yr old wants to play this unit instead of the arcade cabinet in the games room. This is a great addition to any collection. Great work MyArcade! Review: Relive the arcade heyday little by little - What's not love about this arcade classic that despite its small size plays and looks pixel to pixel exactly like it did in the 80s. Full arcade experience with a fraction of space needed to house a full size cabinet... I own several varieties in my own personal mini arcade ## Features - Original Inspired Artwork - For a high quality and authentic retro look - 2.75 Inch Full Color Display - For a premium nostalgic gaming experience - Removable Joystick - To play with the directional pad instead if you prefer - Audio Features - Includes external speaker, volume controls, and 3.5mm headphone jack - Powered by Micro USB or 4 AA Batteries - Sold separately ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07SXW9GJ4 | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Battery Description | AA | | Best Sellers Rank | #44,611 in Toys & Games ( See Top 100 in Toys & Games ) #119 in Kids' Handheld Games | | Brand Name | My Arcade | | Color | Blue and Yellow | | Controller Type | Button Control, Joystick | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 645 Reviews | | Display Type | LCD | | Edition | Bubble Bobble | | Form Factor | Mini | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00845620032419 | | Hardware Interface | USB | | Included Components | BUBBLE BOBBLE Micro Player | | Item Dimensions | 8.6 x 5.7 x 5.1 inches | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 8.6"L x 5.7"W x 5.1"H | | Item Type Name | BUBBLE BOBBLE Micro Player | | Item Weight | 14.4 ounces | | Manufacturer | My Arcade | | Manufacturer Part Number | DGUNL-3241 | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | Limited 120 Days | | Manufacturer recommended age | 14 months and up | | Material Type | Plastic | | Model Number | DGUNL-3241 | | Number of Batteries | 4 AA batteries required. | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Players | 1 | | Operation Mode | Manual | | Platform | Electronic Game | | Power Source | Battery Powered | | Screen Size | 7 centimeters | | Set Name | Bubble Bobble | | Size | Small | | Sub Brand | Taito | | Theme | Bubble Bobble, Retro, Video Game | | UPC | 845620032419 | | character | Bub and Bob | ## Images ![Bubble Bobble - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71jC9dbgZFL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Style** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Does the password function work in bubble bubble?
