I have been using these kits for years and they have always been way to expensive. There is only one other company that sells a kit and it is just as expensive. I used the entire package of hog casings to make 15 pounds of sausage and will have to purchase more to finish using this kit. They need to include more packages for the money!

This is the worst sausage making kit I have ever purchased the seasoning is fair but the casings are horrible the instructions are vague and the box is misleading and a joke ,it has 4 small packets in it ,the box is 10 times the size it needs to be, just to deceive the buyer into thinking ,there getting something worth $25 ,but in reality it's worth $3 what a rip off, and I made sausage with it and it tasted like crap,I'll never buy from this seller again ,and I suggest you don't either!
