Don't Buy This Unless You Need It
Good quality. I couldn't tell from ALL of the literature I read on the Warn XD9000 whether or not I needed this bracket. The install manual says you do if "you want to connect your relay to the winch." Well, the winch comes with a bracket that allows you to fasten the relay directly to the winch. This bracket is only necessary if you want to make the relay face out from the front of the vehicle. Otherwise, the bracket supplied with the winch makes the relay face upward. The bracket supplied with the winch has 2 points of securing to the winch, the 26368 bracket only has one--my conclusion; go with the bracket included with the winch and don't make the mistake of ordering this one "if you want to connect directly to the winch."

I absolutely needed this bracket
I bought this to install a Champion winch on a 2019 Can-Am Outlander Max 570. The power steering module is in the way, so I used this bracket to attach the winch solenoid. The bracket’s hole spacing is wrong, but it was easy to drill a new hole to attach the solenoid, albeit at an angle in order to clear other components on the ATV.

Did what it said it would do... ...
Did what it said it would do... only mounts to one spot on the winch, so it allows the selenoid to tilt. Even if it tilts all the way back it will not go metal to metal with the wires on the motor. I took away one star because of how overpriced this is... if I had some scrap around I could have made this myself.

WARN Solenoid Bracket - not included with WARN Winch
WARN Solenoid Bracket worked as advertised to mount the solenoid on the winch (as you normally see it mounted in pictures). Wish I would have paid more attention when ordering the WARN Winch to realize the solenoid mounting bracket was not included; thanks to Amazon Prime, I go the mounting bracket in two shakes of a lambs tale.

Good solid product worked exactly as stated.
Bought it for my badlands 5000 pound winch solenoid so I wasn’t expecting an exact fit holes barely lined to solenoid but it worked out in the end.

Nice fitting.
Fit perfectly. Keeps the control box nice and close to the winch.

purchased for m8000
I already let amazon.com know the M8000 now comes with a mounting bracket for the solenoid. I was under the impression that you had to purchase it separately since some people mount the control box in the engine bay. I opted to use the bracket that came with the winch as it mounts to both screws on the side rather than one. I have a spare if I need it though. Not much else to say about it....it's a bracket.
