Life changing and prevents cavities from dry mouth
After having tried Biotene which made my mouth more dry I was skeptical this would work, but it did. I’m on CPAP and medications which dry my mouth out, and I had dry mouth even before the meds, so I have a super dry mouth with meds and CPAP. My mouth gets so dry it actually wakes me up during the night. During the day I carry water everywhere I go (even from one side of the house to the other). When I went to bed 1:00 AM I placed one on each side of my mouth. They have a mild pleasant taste, almost fruity. Initially I had a little difficulty making it stick but think I’ll get the hang of it after a few tries and I’ll know where to place it. After getting it properly placed I hardly knew they were there. At 6:00 AM there was a tiny piece left. I woke up and my first thought was my mouth isn’t dry! Normally I have to work my mouth for a while to get it lubricated after sleep. On top of that I’m getting a ton of cavities, and my dentist said they are growing unusually fast so she recommended this to me. They definitely work. I’m grateful to whoever developed this and to my dentist for recommending them. I wish they were a little cheaper so I felt like I could use them in the daytime as well. Or I do wish they lasted a little longer to make it all the way thru the night. I just feel like they could cost a little less to make them affordable for disabled and elderly. I’ll probably need 4 each night so that’s going to get expensive for me. Just thrilled to have found this tho! I’m writing this in hopes of helping others who may have given up on finding something that doesn’t dry them out more. Back in the 1970s Certs make a fruity breath freshener that was made with xylitol. It was discontinued at some point or at least I haven’t been able to find them anymore. I’ve often wished they would come back out bc xylitol is the only thing that has ever worked for me. Glad they’re making this. I hope they’re safe long term. I hear about so many people taking melatonin for sleep and doctors don’t tell you it’s unsafe and causes memory issues long term. So people do your own research on these things.

Work great
I put these on at night , and there's no problem with them coming off of the gums , so no worry about swallowing them. They really do help you, not get The Dry mouth. And when you wake up in the morning , your mouth still taste minty.

Slightly Sweet and So Effective!
I used to wake all night because my mouth was so dry. I sleep mostly on my back so it seems inevitable that when I relax to sleep, my mouth falls open. When my husband woke and I had sometimes needed to speak, my mouth couldn't even form words. When I asked my dentist for suggestions, he told me about this product. I did some research online about the safety of Xylitol and discovered that it WAS safe, as he had said. There was a bit of a learning curve. I had some trouble with the tablets not staying in the place where I wanted it to be for the night. It always took a minute or two for it to adhere. Then I learned to take a drink and make sure to wet the gum area where I wanted it to say. It sticks much faster that way but I still hold it in place for 30 seconds or so, just to be sure.I feel the need to ask you NOT to give up! I feel like it took awhile but nowadays, I never wake for a drink...and I still sleep on my back most of the time.Amazon suggests ideas for me to discuss:Portability-These can go with you anywhere and I'm so happy to say that they're so easy to get out of the blister packs! And quiet, too! In an effort to keep them quiet while my husband is sleeping, I tear/cut apart the strips of five ahead of time. Then they're so quiet to push thru the thin foil backing when I'm ready!Taste: I started out with the minty ones but while the flavor was fine, I didn't like the coolness on my gums. Now, I use the Slightly Sweet and they're jussst right! ;) Oh, and did I mention that they last all night?

Great for RAI Dry Mouth
Initially bought these for I131 treatment (radioactive iodine for thyroid ablation). They are really good, not too sweet. Getting them to adhere in the right place is a bit tricky. And they helped with the dry mouth that RAI treatment is known for. One issue - you can sleep while using these, but one night I woke up when I breathed in the shell that helps the melt stick to the gum/tooth! Big coughing fit. I am sure that shell typically stays in place and dissolves, but not this time. I haven't worn them while sleeping since, which is a bummer because that's when I need them most. However, I do recommend these for daytime help with dry mouth.

Can cause headaches.
Although these do help with nighttime dry mouth, you might wake up at night or in the morning with a headache. I noticed I was getting morning headaches while taking these, so I looked it up on Google, and sure enough, the Xylitol in them can cause headaches. Also, they are designed to adhere to your gum or the inside of your cheek, and I found them uncomfortable. I would have returned them, but you can't with this item. I threw them out bc it's just not worth it to wake up every day with a headache.

Comfy mouth
Truth be told, I do not like mint. I bought these anyway and I'm happy I did. They work very well staying in place. The flavor is nice. It's a very mild mint and I actually like them. I have 2 in my mouth for overnight and m they're comfy and staying where I put them. I recommend these think they're worth the try. The size is just fine as well. These are working out to be a great value. So far I have no side effects and they're packaged so that I can take them with me and hide them in the back of my mouth where they won't get in the way of speech and keep my mouth moistened where I'll actually be able to speak to someone if necessary. My mouth without these is dry as a desert from medication on to the point I cannot talk. My lips get stuck on my teeth and I am teuwly unable to speak. I will buy these again.

Perfect product for dry mouth
Only brand I use for dry mouth. I’ve tried every flavor and like them all. Mint is my least favorite flavor.

Great for CPAP Users
These are excellent especially for CPAP users having a dry mouth. They prevent my mouth from being dry and therefore ensure that my sleep is deep and perfect.

Works good!
I like that they last longer to stop my dry mouth when I’m sleeping and awake than any other medication I’ve tried. They stay stuck to your gums wherever you put them. Worked so well I gave some to my nephew to try out. They have a very mild minty flavor. The tablet does not show a bump under your cheek even though it feels like it. The brown side sticks to your gum line and has a little concave shape to fit comfortably. Switch where you put it or can cause irritation just from the pressure from your cheek.Only downside is that one doesn’t last all night. If I didn’t have dogs I would keep one on my nightstand to add. But this product is so incredibly poisonous to dogs I won’t chance it.

Do not take if you have chronic GERD
This product might work for people who suffer from dry mouth. But if you have GERD, be sure that this will trigger heartburn and you will be belching all day.

ABSOLUTE GAME CHANGER!!!
These little discs absolutely have gone far beyond everything I’ve tried to date. I have Primary Sjogrens and as one of the symptoms… a dry mouth is no joke. I regularly use Biotene toothpaste, Biotene spray, Biotene mouth gel and Biotene mouth rinse, but I still had episodes of severe dry mouth…. No saliva, difficulty speaking and swallowing. I use these mostly at bedtime, but also have some in my purse for on the go. Almost instant relief! They really do adhere to your teeth/gums and will stay there and slowly dissolve, even if you fall asleep. I have tried many, many things to try and help, especially at bedtime. These are so easy! You can slip on into your mouth, just like a regular lozenge, use your tongue to tuck it between your teeth and gums, seriously! Relief is fast and has made going to sleep so much easier. They may seem a little pricey at first, but they are worth it and they are now a staple in my dry mouth regime. 😍😁

Expensive but it works
Works very well for when your going to sleep if you want to avoid waking up with a dry mouth.A bit expensive compared to cheaper Gum that helps produce saliva if your awake, but easily the best option for when your asleep. The price does mean I'd recommend not using it every night but only during times when your producing an excessively dry mouth, such as when your sick or taking certain kinds of medicine.

Can't Believe the Difference!
I've only been using these for a few days, but I'm honestly blown away. My mouth is often so dry it's painful, difficult to talk/swallow, etc. (Sjogren's suspected, though no official diagnosis just yet). I've tried so many things for my constant dry mouth, but nothing has ever worked for any extended period of time. I put two in my mouth to sleep, one high up on my gums on either side of my mouth, which seems to be the most comfortable place for me. I was a little nervous trying to sleep with them in my mouth, but they really adhere to my gums well. During the day I feel like the effect lasts about 4 hours for me (maybe because I eat and drink and wash some away), but I get a good 6 hours out of them when I sleep.Wish I had discovered them way sooner!
