I would definitely recommend bagging your stroller even if you're checking at the gate. It won't save it from everything - but it definitely prevents any unnecessary wear and tear to the fabric, frame, etc. Also keeps the stroller clean and dry, safe from the elements. This bag is HUGE. I had to get the XL for my Chicco Breaze so there was a ton of extra space, and I stealthily stored some either items in it like my jacket and baby blanket that I didn't need on the flight. The bag folds up easily and can sit in the stroller or hang off a handle. Practice folding up the stroller and getting it in and out of the bag - it will save you and other passengers during pre-board. It's best just to get it in bag once you reach the gate before everyone starts lining up. And remember to have the luggage tag on the bag strap and not the stroller - check in or gate agent will either do this for you or give you the tag to do yourself at the gate.

UPDATE: We were forced to check our stroller on our return flight and it held up perfectly. The stroller was protected and the bag lived to see another flight! This thing is HUGE! I was concerned about not being able to find anything to fit a Joovy Scooter X2 but this fits with room to spare! Check out the attached photos. It has 2 carrying straps to wear the stroller like a backpack, which is quite comical on me at 5’1”, 105 lb😅 We’ll be pushing it through the airport with our little ones strapped in so wearing won’t be necessary but it’s a convenient feature if it needed to be carried for any length, especially if you needed free hands. I’ll update the durability following our upcoming flights but by observation it seems to be quality material and we’ll made.

This bag is BIG. It easily fit my Graco Fast Action Fold Relay Jogger with room to spare. I did have to take off the side wheels, but it's as easy as pushing a button, so that was no big deal. I just folded the stroller up, popped off the wheels, and then put the stroller & wheels in the bag. The only thing that prevented a 5 star rating is that the drawstring is kind of hard to close really tightly (because the bag is so big & there fore the string is really long). I was worried that the long string would pop out of the bag & get caught on the slots on the baggage carousel, so I planned ahead & brought a rubber band & then once I got the drawstring as closed as possible, I coiled up the excess string & secured it with the rubber band & then stuck it inside the bag. Worked like a charm! The bag did not tear. We will definitely use it again!

We just used our new stroller bag to fly with our three kids: four years old, two years old, and seven months. We bought it to use with our sit-and-stand stand Joovy stroller. It worked great! Great fit with plenty of room, very durable and appears to be of good quality. When we unfolded the bag, we were pleasantly surprised to see straps to allow the bag to be carried easily. Although it was only the first use, our stroller seemed to be well protected. My sister-in-law also purchased one and she too thought that it worked well. I enjoy buying a good quality product from a small business.

I’ve been looking for a bag which will hold a double Bob Revolution jogging Stroller... I’m using to GATE check. Will update my review after travel as to how it holds up... Took all wheels off so we will see. I didn’t try to use it with wheels on and I don’t really doubt it wouldn’t work. UPDATE: my stroller was in PERFECT condition because of this bag! And mind you, at one point with 4 kids in tow. I dragged it through the airport lol and it still is on decent condition. It has a few little nicks and scuffs but honestly... it’s way worth the price! I HIGHLY suggest this!!!

I purchased this bag to store our baby Jogger city mini gt double and the bag fits great with room to spare. So far so good as I only use it as a storage bag for our stroller but will be taking it on a trip at the end of May will update then. I have attached photos with the stroller in the bag. In the third photo I pulled the bag up and you can see there is about a foot of space still available for more storage. Update: Returned from our trip to Punta Cana- Memorial Day weekend, bag is in great shape. Didn't have to take off my tires or belly bar to get this bag on. Stroller was returned in pristine, dry condition. Gearing up for our trip to Chicago now, should anything change, I will update again. June 2018 - The bag has air travelled 6 times in the past year. It is also used as stroller storage bag in my Honda Odyssey and finally has a small hole on the side. Will patch it up and continue use. It gets dirty, I throw it in the wash and comes up like new. Highly recommended. January 2019 Update: Will be travelling again in two weeks and noticed that my bag has another small hole on the side. I understand this bag has a lifetime warranty so I emailed the proxl support team and told them what's going on with my bag. I will update with their response. So, 5 days passed with no response from the gate check company so I called Amazon. The item is Amazon Fulfilled so they asked that I return the bag for a refund and repurchase a new bag. I'm not happy that Gate Check Pro did not back up their warranty. I will not repurchase from them.

We bought to use for international travel - gate checking stroller & carseat. Pros: it was large enough to handle the (folded) stroller plus carseat as well as a sleeve of diapers, blanket and more. Cons: the straps were wimpy...I didn't trust lifting the bag with everything in it. The material is much thinner than I expected. It ripped in several places the first time we used it. I didn't want it to be "one time use" but it looks like that's what it'll be. I would've payed twice the price to be able to use the bag regularly.

So happy to I found this product! I was looking for a bag to accommodate a Carex Rollator walker with seat. If you have one you know it is pretty bulky even when folded. I wasn't sure if this was going to work because the dimensions were unclear (two different measurements listed for same item) but since it has a good return policy I decided to order and try it. Immediately on opening the package I was happy with the weight and quality of this product. Its heavy duty, no doubt. After unfolding it and seeing how big it really was, I felt pretty hopeful since it seemed super roomy. Well, it definitely exceeded my expectations. The walker was easy to get in the bag, closed up nicely with the walker inside, and was simple to remove, re-fold and store. We will be traveling quite a bit over the next few months by plane, car and cruise ship and I feel certain the Gate Check Pro XL Travel Bag will prove to be a worthwhile purchase and an good value.

je suis plus que satisfaite de mon achat. acheté en ayant seulement un petit espoir que la remorque vélo double de mes enfants rentre dedans je pensait m'en servir a défaut pour ma poussette double ou pour mettre 2 petites poussettes simple pour les protéger de la poussière dans le garage. produit reçu aujourd'hui! belle surprise, la remorque vélo tiens dedans, il y a meme de la marge. ce sera parfait pour voyager dans la soute de l'avion en espérant quand meme que la remorque supporte un tel voyage.

Bought this item and it ripped after using it for the first time. Retailer wouldn’t return since it was just over 30 days. And no such thing as warranty. Not worth it. Too expensive and bad quality.

We just travelled to Mexico for the Christmas vacations and took six flights in less than 1 month. The bag is now dirty and has some bad damages, which I am happy not to see in my baby's iCandy. When I bought it I knew it was going to be big, but I really never expected to be as big as it is... the bag is actually gigantic. The whole stroller can be put in there without any problem. This is however a bit too much when one is at the gate, so maybe one could buy the normal size and not the XL. After seeing how damaged it ended up, I can only recommend it.

Bought not for travelling but for storing this is the ideal solution. As grandparents we bought a double buggy as our daughter had twins and we wanted to have something available when we look after them. Because we don't use the buggy every day we store it folded in the garage and of course wanted to keep it clean and free from damage and beasties that may decide that the pushchair is the ideal home. It easily accommodates a double wide pushchair with enough room to roll over the top. Quality is excellent and the material used has a real sense of robustness about it that will. I'm sure last a long time. I have no doubt that if used as a travel cover this would easily stand up to the rigours of flight baggage handlers. Overall a very large well made pushchair cover that will take the largest foldable buggy with ease.
