Q: "What is really included? hardware, heads, what cymbals, stands? "

The hardware is not marked, but it's of decent quality. The kick and hi-hat pedals have "Tama" cast into the foot pads but they do not exactly match pedals from any Tama catalogs as of June 2021. A very basic Tama throne is included, also not a match to anything in their catalog. The throne is okay quality, but not very comfortable, and not suitable for more than 180-200 lbs or so (if even that). The tom mount has memory-lock nuts for both arms. The kick drum has resin "accu-tune" hoops that tighten with regular drum screws, not metal hoops + claws. The heads are plain "Tama" clear heads, except the snare top head is white coated and the bass resonant head is as seen in the product photo. The cymbals are Meinl HCS, 20" Ride, 16" Crash, 14" Hi-Hats.

Q: does it come with all the stands (cymbal and drum stands)

Yes, it comes with one post cymbal stand, one boom cymbal stand, and one hi-hat stand with pedal. It has legs for the floor toms, feet for the bass drum, a mount post and rods to connect the small toms to the bass drum, and a throne seat. The throne is the only part that I was not thrilled about, but it's comfy for what it is and it's awesome that it's included. All of the hardware is definitely entry-level, but very high quality at that. I've been thrashing mine for almost a year, only the heads show wear.
