Cracking the AP Computer Science A Exam, 2020 Edition: Practice Tests & Prep for the NEW 2020 Exam (College Test Preparation)

My son loved it and felt much more confident with his AP exam!

I purchased this book to study for the AP Computer Science A exam. Other than providing practice questions at the end of each chapter, it doesn't really help. The explanations are poor and lack context. The author already expects the reader to be very familiar with Java syntax. Unless the reader has already thoroughly learned each topic, the book will be no help. They should advertise this as a cram study guide for the day before the test, rather than as an actual review book. Additionally, some of the information in the book is simply incorrect. The book falsely describes how an enhanced for loop, or for-each loop works, which caused a lot of confusion on my part.
