I enjoyed reading this book for my class. It was written very clearly and was easy to read and understand. I am not a big computer person but still got a lot our of the class. Thank you for writing this nicely.

It came in as new condition! I am taking a class and this book is a requirement, the school provides us with Ebooks but I still like having a hard copy and this was a great deal -- very pleased with this purchase!

Extremely happy with paperback textbook. Exactly the same as $250 hardcover textbook. Was able to save money and keep my textbook.

Decently written book with relevant case studies about Information Technology and Business Intelligence, but why am I paying so much money to buy a textbook about IT? The e-book was even more and publishers like Pearson and McGraw-Hill are notorious for coming out with new editions with minor changes in order to fleece consumers.

Was surprised how much up-to-date knowledge was packed into this text. Highly recommend. I bought it for one class but have referenced it multiple times since then. Well researched and well organized.

This is a really poor book. I wasted time reading it for the MBA course and feel learned little.1. Too wordy. Knowledge in book can be way more succinct.2. Many information is already common sense and the other information mostly unhelpful.3. Mostly incoherent definitions are provided. No coherent idea delivered.I wish course professors find another book. If not for the course, I wouldn't bother reading it.
