These are going out of print as many home mechanics look up things online. However, there is a lot of useful information in this book, especially for those looking to do their own repairs (or at least see how complicated a repair might be).

Great manuals. In general, they are done well. This one will help me with my 2005 ford excursion

Gave the information needed for the most part but they don’t seem to be as comprehensive as they use to be.

I admit...some info is generic but given the line to vehicles these have to cover...it's a good starting place. Great for routine maintenance and some intermediate maintenance. Not much help on advance maintenance issues.Great resourse for torque specs, fluid capacity and some part names. Also nice with some electrical schematics...but if you really need in-depth factory spec procedures..go with the shop manual. It's worth the 800 bucks if you plan on getting super dirty...

First time I was front to back impressed with the work on detail and description both understandable to new tech inexperienced, up to the experienced and retired in no hurry anymore.

I keep these manuals in my vehicles. Aside from intricate components/systems, steps for testing, removal, cleaning, installation are detailed & thorough.Tip: In my manuals, I write anything I found confusing or needed slight clarification on anything I worked on.

The manual is not F250 specific. In fact, very little of the manual covers my vehicle. In the past, Haynes manuals were more detailed and model specific; electrical schematics were average at best; does not cover the Lariat model(s) or any of the 'upgraded' models of the F250. I would not buy this again.
