Felt improvident the next day
So there aren't any real directions with this table. My back is a POS, and I was told ten years ago I should get pins, rods, and screws in my lower back. Um no thanks. So I have delt with this POS back of mine. Especially my lower back.I felt relief and improvement the very next day after proper use. Key thing is "proper use". After I figured out how to use it properly I felt relief.Do not stretch your back for more that 15-30 seconds. I made the mistake of holding pressure for ten minutes. That was dumb. I couldn't get off the floor without help. I could barely walk after I got help up. Then next day I was fine but pulled my back and well....FMLI didn't use this table for two months after that. After extensive research, I found the correct way to use this device.First of all. Never use pressure more than half your weight. But at first start off light and work your way up. Start at 20-40 lbs psi. After a couple weeks go up another 20 psi. Listen to your back.Strap yourself in and pump it to the desired pressure and hold it for about 15-30 second max. Then release the pressure for the same amount of time or maybe even a little more. So like 30-45 seconds of no pressure. Then repeat. For the first week I would recommend no more than 10 minutes and increase your time by five minutes each week until you reach 30 minutes max.20 years I've had a POS back and this is the only thing that has helped.I tried the inversion table and it became a paper weight. It just wasn't for me.I love this thing. I use it five times a week.Consistency is key. Doing it once every now and again is not going to give long lasting results.I've been using this for a couple of months now, and I see myself using this for the rest of my life.If your back is prone to being pulled, I highly recommend stretching first. I do about ten minutes of yoga first. If I don't stretch first, I will mostly likely pull my back the next day.I hope this helps. Good luck!

Gauge not working correctly
I was very hopeful that this would work.It was easy to set up with my husband's help but would have been difficult without him. The board was heavy, as well as hard and uncomfortable which left my back sore. The first time I used it, the gauge pumped up but failed to hold the pressure readings. However, I could tell what it pumped up to.I used it again a few days later and the gauge did the same thing. It would pull the board apart but when it got to 20, it started dropping and wouldn't register anything after that. The third time, I used the pump and the board separated. However the gauge didn't show the amount of pressure. That made me nervous because I need to know what the pressure is so that I don't injure my back. With that much trouble after only 3 uses, I decided to return it. It was very expensive and, in my opinion, should have worked without any problems and that just wasn't the case.

Great for lower back
Works great for my lower back. It is much more comfortable than hanging upside down.

Great redesign but poor parts used
Better design then older models but poor quality parts used. Cheap riverts that hold the frame keep popping out. No self return like the older model.

LotsofDeals is a Trustworthy merchant!
I had a small problem with my order, from manufacturer, not seller. Matt at Lots of Deals was great on the phone. Honest, fair, and flexible with offering solutions. I would buy anything from this store with confidence. The five stars are for the merchant. Comfortrack lumbar traction device gets 4 stars: it works fairly well, once you figure out harness positioning, but isn’t easy to use without a helper. Still, the traction force is ample, and far better than inversion tables.

Difficult to operate itermittently
Very sturdy but difficult to operate (retract) during intermittent use and after static use. The shocks do not retract when the air release value is depressed. Takes three hands to reset the device. The device seemed to help reduce lumbar pain, but very difficult to use solo.

Works great
This thing works perfectly for what I need. Fits perfectly under my bed for easy storage. Make sure you know what you are doing or get professional help before using it.I’ve only used a couple times so far. If anything changes I will update this review.

Cheap junk do not buy it
This product is cheap junkI used it once just to try it, when I went to use it for the second time the pistons didn’t go back inside on their own so as previous reviews say you need to do it manually. For 650$ this product is poorly made, difficult to use, the proportion between the upper and lower straps are off.I returned itDo not waste your time or money
