5 years in, everyday use and still going! I bought 2 pairs in 2020 and they still work great! I'm a waitress so I'm on my feet all night. I never leave home without these in my shoes. I remember the first time I put them on and said "aahhhhh, that feels good." I have pronation, my feet/ankles tilt inward and these completely fix that when I'm wearing them. Aggressive arch support and hard plastic so they last forever but they're very comfortable to me. Before I found these my shoes used to get worn down, holes in the bunion area and soles worn down on the inner side and my feet would hurt every night. No more foot pain for me! These inserts have been a LIFE CHANGER! Now my shoes even last longer!

I love these. They push up on my arches and I like how that feels. And the best part, at the end of the day my feet feel perfectly fine. I very much regret not getting these years ago. Also I like that they are hard plastic and that they will seemingly last forever.

After trying 6 orthotic insoles this week, I finally found a pair that are probably high enough. I wanted a hard shell, but some cushion, so I took out the insoles of my shoes, put in this 3/4 orthotic and then placed an air pillow insole on top of that. My shoes are the Brooks Adrenalin which has a wedged rubber sole that compensates for over-pronation. I love this model and wear them in several colors in fabric and in leather which is more supportive. Since I've only worn these FitFoot 3/4 insoles for a couple of hours, I've given them a rating of 4, however, if they feel as comfortable after a week, I'll change the rating to 5. So far I'm really happy to finally have proper support under my arches.

These provide outstanding arch support, and by their structural solidity, I expect they will be long lasting (I'll update this after some time). This product eliminates all I don't need in an arch-support insole, and gives me just what I want. No nonsense insoles! The whole-foot cushioning that other arch-support insoles come with only hasten their deterioration and always have inferior flimsy arch support. So I'm always having to buy new ones because features I don't really need compromised the product. I'm using these insoles with no additive cushioning and I walk over 2 miles a day. They feel a bit hard at first, but I don't notice it after a few minutes and my feet feel fine during and after long walks. It did take my left foot a bit of getting used to this insole, it felt too hard in the arch at first, hurting a bit. So I took it out of only the left shoe and used an old insole for a few days, then reinserted this one. Now both feet are happy with these insoles. Looks like a good buy! I'll update this after they've had time for long-term duration testing.

Standing on these, I can tell this is precisely what I need to help relieve my foot pain: rigid, good arch support, and not full length which is good for my neuroma. But! They are wide and also really elevate the instep and either don't fit in my shoes, or make them too tight . I would have to buy wide shoes and/or a full size bigger to have enough room for these. Not really looking to buy all new shoes right now, so will likely return.

I originally bought this insole over two years ago. My doctor had recommended a firm insole for my edema caused by CHF and for bouts of plantar. Found these and have worn them every day. Have had no plantar issues and help with my feet swelling. After two years they still work perfectly. I have bought TWO more because I am too lazy to switch them into different shoes!!!!! Great product, highly recommended!

Deepest heel cup, great arch support

I’ve tried a few different insoles from various brands and this one has been great so far. They are hard, but comfortable at the same time. They can be worn in various types of shoes, and I feel like they help balance my walk, where I feel less tired and less pain at the end of the day.

Uso plantillas desde hace 40 años, asi que he comprado muchísimas, y puedo decir que estas son de las mejores por forma, construcción y materiales. Excelente soporte al arco y estabilización del talón. No le doy 5 estrellas porque el vendedor las recomienda para "dolor del talón", que normalmente se debe a crecimiento del calcáneo o a daño de la fascia plantar en esa zona, pero estas plantillas no sirven para eso; no sólo no tienen almohadilla de gel en el talón, sino que esa parte es igual de rígida que el resto. Esa rigidez es necesaria en el resto de la plantilla, pero no servirá a quien sufra dolor en el talón.

Not bad for 11 dollars. They do flex a little, and I needed them more rigid to support my flat feet, so I packed underneath the orthotic. Also they needed anchoring to the shoe, or they would slip down the shoe. I'm simply ecstatic it worked, I did get the size and a half down from my shoe size, lucky I did, the heel fits really snug into the shoe, and the arch fits into the arch of My foot and not further towards the big toe like it could have another size up.

These are amazing. As a kid I broke my hip and they had to re-break it to fix it, along with naturally pronating in on my heels, plus a torn meniscus last winter, I noticed a lot going on with my lower body as I turn the corner towards 50. As soon as I put them into my good walking shoes I noticed my whole body settling in and my step, stride and posture improving. These are very hard and I was concerned about their comfort, but don’t be! My entire body feels more aligned and just in general, better. I notice when I wear sandals that I can’t put them in, I’m exhausted by end of day. Otherwise while wearing them I’m knocking out between 10-15k worth of steps without any issues whatsoever. They’ve also opened up being able to find a good running shoe. Before I really struggled to find a good arch support AND footbed in the same shoe, now I just bring my arch with me.
