Great kitchen addition
Got a pair of these mainly to use for Bo Ne, the Vietnamese steak and eggs dish served on a hot skillet. They are the perfect size and shape, and have provided delicious meals several times now. To address some comments I’ve seen from others… The wooden platters that come with them arrived intact with no splits or damage, and the notch at one end allows the skillet handle to fit perfectly. Cleanup has been easy, using the normal procedures for cast iron: very hot water, scouring with a scouring pad or steel wool, thorough drying followed by application of some cooking oil. Voila, no rust or discoloration! Very pleased.

Love it!
I use it all the time now for taking dinner to the next level. Wash with soap and water and scrubber. To reduce rust and smell. Put it on gas stove after washing and heat on high for 3 min. Then let cool.

Smaller than expected
Much smaller pan than I realized. And oval. Not round for tortillas. Bummer.

As a chef I have used pans like this professionally for years. These are great to serve your meals and keep your food warm while you eat. I love them for steaks and fajitas. They also work great to put in the oven to melt the cheese on your nachos. Buy them!
