I bought this chain to replace a chain that came on a necklace that my grandmother gave me, I was a little uneasy to purchase one for so cheap and online because I did not want the chain to break and consequently lose the charm that I cherish. That being said, I took the leap because of the reviews and I could not be happier. I have been using this chain for close to two years now and I have never had a problem with it. I almost never take it off and it is still in perfect condition. This is absolutely one of the best purchases I have ever made, even the charm is getting dirty and dull but the chain looks the exact same as when I have received it. I want to say thank you for giving me a trustworthy way to wear a necklace that has great emotional significance to me and peace of mind that I will not be losing it or breaking it anytime soon

**1 Year UPDATE** This chain is still just as beautiful as the day I bought it! I wore it all through the blistering heat of Summer last year, vigorous workouts, perfumes/hairspray, and showers. It started looking dull around 5 months, so I took the chain and put it on a piece of aluminum foil in a bowl, covered it with 2 tsp baking soda, then added 1/4 cup boiling water and a drop of dawn dish soap. I let it sit in the mixture until the water cooled and then scrubbed with a toothbrush. I've done this multiple times now and it comes out blindingly shiny everytime. Hope this helps! I got two of these necklaces in different sizes the other week and have been wearing them every day with charms that I switch out every morning. So far, so good! It looks very real and beautiful, but I do worry how long they will last before they break - either because of how thin they are or because the clasp tends to get a little stuck sometimes. Either way, I'm happy with it and I think as long as you are comfortable with them breaking at some point, its totally worth it considering how much these cost!

I ordered this necklace to go with a charm that I received as a gift on a shorter length necklace. This necklace is pretty, lightweight, and a suitable length. I wear it at all times except when showering and it doesn’t kink or catch and pull out hair. I would definitely recommend and I am considering ordering another at a slightly shorter length for another charm.

Simply perfect! Got this in the 14 and had to get another in the 16 because I loved it so much. The 14 is more like a choker which looks good with certain outfits, and the 16 is my every day go to, with nothing on it. But a pendant would look great with it too. Quality is great and can’t beat that price. Wearing the 16 in the photo. 6 month update: I wear this everyday and it has definitely faded. Not shiny any more and losing its gold color. Looks more like a silver now. May be my fault for never taking off, including showers. May buy another or go with a different one. So I’ve bought these several times, and each time they tarnish pretty quickly after a couple months and turn silver, so I’ve stopped trying with these. Pretty disappointed.

I bought this back in Jan 2020 and it's now May of 2021. I bought this because I had a charm of a crescent moon my husband bought me that needed a new necklace. I didn't wear this every day, but I did wear it A LOT over that year's time. However, I just noticed this area of the necklace that looks like it's coming apart. You can see in the picture the change in the pattern and how thin it is right there (between the arrows). So I won't be wearing it anymore because I don't want to risk losing the charm. However, it was lovely during that time that I wore it and I would buy another one.

UPDATE: About 2 months later the chain randomly broke Ugh! I guess you get what you pay for anyway. original review: I bought this chain as a replacement for a necklace I have that my baby broke. The old chain was very tiny and it broke easily because my baby likes to play with and tug my necklace. I replaced the broken chain with this one and it is thicker (still very very thin like I wanted though) and it's very durable. My daughter still tugs, grabs and plays with my necklace and it hasn't broken yet. I never take it off, I shower with it and everything and it hasn't irritated my skin and the colour hasn't changed. Very happy with it!
