This is the 3rd time I’ve purchased these towels, they are so soft and yet have some texture. Best of all are the loops for hanging them up. Only complaint is that the Latte color is yellower than I expected. Next time I’ll get the charcoal.

Terrible quality. I'm returning all three. Kassatex couldn't have cared any less.

I bought a set of the Misty Sage-colored towels, and loved them. So then I followed up that order with a complete set of the Charcoal towels *and* a complete set of the Latte towels. These are thick, heavy towels -- and what I love about them is that, when you take a shower and dry off the towels do not feel wet. I also had some interactions with the seller, who responded even the same day, and replaced a bath towel, no questions asked, when one of the seams came out after the first wash. That's the kind of customer service that all sellers should strive to! One caveat: the towels have gone through 3 washes and 3 drys -- I've had to pick some lint out of the washing machine before running the next load; and the dryer vent screen gets overwhelmed so I have to stop the dryer in the middle of the cycle, clean off the screen, and then continue drying. Bottom line, be prepared for a lot of lint, though the amount does diminish with each wash cycle.

Purchase was to replace a couple of wash clothes in my collection. The quality has gone way way down. Now I know why Macy’s dropped the brand

I've ordered these towels twice. They are a perfect weight, beautiful texture, and they hold up quite well through many washes.Two specific comments: We have a kid who uses some sort of acne medicine. The medicine is some sort of cream that bleaches out pillow cases and sheets and anything else it comes in contact with. We have no problem with these towels bleaching out from that product.Second, we've owned bath towels that have a binding or trim of some kind that shrinks up in the dryer. The towel ends up looking like it has a ruffle at both ends. These towels haven't done this, although, I've learned that I should use a lower setting on the dryer.

I only buy these on sale because they are pricey, but man are they worth it. I have three different varieties of Kassatex towels and love them all! Best ever way to dry off.

I really wanted to love these. They are beautiful and I love the hanging hook that is sewed in.After a bath they seem to just spread the water. I needed to use my old towel to get dry.

I ordered three of the charcoal grey towels and washed before using. Two of the three became discolored/bleached out after that first wash. These towels were replacing similar dark charcoal grey towels that I have had for at least five years that never had discoloration issues so it’s certainly not user error.

Much smaller than I had expected. It has two sides of texture. The rouger side does not absorb as much water as the less than rouger other side of the towel.
