I've worked in a busy pharmacy the last 27 years and spent a lot of time on the phone. This has taken a toll on my neck as I would always hold the phone against my shoulder using one of the rubber/plastic rests attached to the handset. Now my neck has exposed nerves causing extreme pain. I started using headsets from this company about a year ago and the sound and reliability have always been perfect. The quick connect cords make it easy to move around to different stations in my workplace. Wish I started using this as a long time ago.

Barely a year later & the cover has torn
I’ve had this headset for just over a year & already the cover over the foam on the ear part is coming off. I’m glad I didn’t pay all that much for it to begin with.
