Any reccomendations on brands/types of gas to use?

Hello, The LEXIVON LX-770 has been designed to be used in a wide range of applications & conditions. The Butane Torch can be used with an open flame as well. Please note, the butane quality directly affects the torch performance; make sure to use refined and pure butane. If Amazon sent you the wrong item, please contact our support team on the LEXIVON website to arrange a replacement for you ASAP. We'll gladly assist you. Best regards,
