The product's base has a lot of dents and scratches. But can't complain much since you get what you pay for; though that doesn't mean you have to receive defective products.

Works well and looks good
Looks good, the pieces I ordered didn’t have the quality issues mentioned by others.A bit confusing to assemble because it doesn’t come with any instructions at all, but once you figure out what goes where it’s easy to set up.Appears sturdy so far, lever to adjust the height works as well. The finish is good and the chair is actually quite comfortable.
