Best bag I have ever used in my firefighting career I love the black and reflective and the patch with my name and call number was even better great design and very durable I definitely recommend lightning x products for every fire department out there…. Gear bag is spacious for full set of Bunker Turnout gear, with boots, separate compartment for helmet and another for personal items (or what ever you decide to put in it).I ordered the bag to be customized with my name and department. I was careful to check spelling, I received the bag quicker than I thought I would and as I was looking at the receipt which had my name and department hand written on it. my wife then said it is spelled wrong. I looked and it took me a minute to see the department name was missing a letter (even though I and vendor spelt it correctly).I contacted the vendor who quickly remade the name patch (which attaches with velcro to the top of the bag) and I received it with in a couple of days.Absolutely love this bag, well worth the price.

I got this as a gift for my husband who is the chief of our local volunteer department. He loves it!!! There's a separate compartment for his helmet and plenty of room to spare with his turnout gear in it! The shoulder strap is a very loved feature as gear gets moved from his personal vehicle to a fire truck constantly! The embroidery was perfect and everything was spelled right however my only complaint about the bag is the yellow stitching does not match the yellow on the bag. But it still looks amazing!! You won't be disappointed with this gear bag!

Good quality, nice zippers and lots of room

I would have given a 5-star rating but the custom name patch was misspelled and it took 6 weeks to resolve. Customer Service can improve. Even so, the product is top notch and very pleased with my purchase.

So far I have had the bag for a month. There isn't anything I'm not happy about. I only have my turnout gear in it at the moment, but I feel there will be enough space for brush gear as well. That would make it a tight fit, but the bag is really big. The optional piece you can add with text offers a lot of text space, it looks super on top of the bag. No question who the bag belongs to!
