I used the body brush today before a bath and brushed up from the bottom up. Not only was I wanting to loosen any dry skin but I also wanted to move lymph as well. So I brushed my whole body and then bathed. After the bath dead skin was just rubbing off, so I got the brush again and used it in the shower to brush all the dead skin off. It felt so nice when I was done! I haven't used the other side yet for cellulite but I will next time. It is a really nice brush, didn't loose bristles and seemed to be strong enough but not too hard on the skin.

This is a great brush that helps soap lather and has a really long handle. The handle helps you get all your body, even the middle of the back. It is a good, strong durable material. The bristles are also soft and smooth on the skin

I didn't think the hype I have heard about dry brushing was real. It is! I have been using this brush for a week and already I am noticing changes in my heart rate. I have a low heart rate (40,s to 50,s) I am not a runner or athlete. I have poor circulation and I am tired all of the time. The last time I had a pedicure the woman asked me if I was sick. What? Why would she ask me that? She told me my legs looked like I had a lymphatic problem. She wasn't trying to sell me anything. She just told me that she would not squeeze my calves hard. I went home and read up on it and decided that dry brushing can't hurt me and if it helps then hurray for me! I love the way my skin feels after brushing then showering. Information I have read on dry brushing recommends brushing in the morning before a shower and not in the evening before bed. It will be difficult to sleep. I found this brush after reading a few reviews. This brush is sturdy, not soft and it does a good job of brushing away dead skin. it has a long handle. The bristles stay attached to the brush and do not fall off even with vigorous brushing. If you are curious about the benefits of dry brushing I recommend Googling it. I won't promote a specific site. I don't think the nubs on the other end of the brush will work for improving cellulite as stated. I don't think there is a product in this world that can do it. But I might try the other side of the brush and update my review if it does work.

Great product

I really like this body brush. Good quality and effective. I use the bristle side to exfoliate certain areas like my back and arms and use the other side to help smooth out cellulite in my thighs, buttocks and sides of my trunk. Takes about a week of everyday use to start noticing a difference for the cellulite (at least for me). One tip I learned is to wet the bristles right when you start your shower and do the brushing at the end of the shower to give them time to soak up moisture and not be so stiff and scratchy. I always shake off the excess water after each use and dry it a little with a hair dryer to keep it fresh.

They look and length of the item is correct. It was very fast shipping. The only downfall of this item is that the brush is not soft. The bristles are pretty stiff and if you are wanting to use it for dry brushing for a lymphatic cleansing this may not be the best one. It is a good bath brush but not for dry brushing for your lymph nodes. I am attaching a photo showing you the bristles on the brush as you can see they are not soft bristles.

I bought this so that I could start to dry brush my body to help increase some fat drainage. The bristles are not too hard or soft and I think are helping a little bit but I haven’t been super consistent. There is a nice handle that is easy to recharge to reach spots.
