Good....but very high in salt
When I opened the jar, I noticed that this was, unfortunately salt-based. Yes, most rubs have salt in them, but it is possible to make a rub (or seasoning) that is herb-based, without relying on the salt so much.This rub will do fine on my fish I am sure, but will need to be very cognizant of the heavy salt usage.I hate to say it, but if you are a true aficionado of fish preparation, you would probably be better off buying the herbs yourself and making your own 'rub'.

Yummy
I use this on all my seafood. Its really good in crab dip. It has a slight lemon taste to it. Not over powering in any way. I love it and would recommend it to anyone.

great addition to my spices
i've used this a couple times with both shrimp and scallops. i just put butter in a skillet and sprinkled this liberally over the shrimp, it's got a great taste, and with some pasta this makes a great meal. i did the same thing with the scallops, but a little white wine would have helped. i like this so much i got a bottle for my friend and daughter for christmas. the price is right and i will keep this on hand all the time.

Tasty, but very salty.
Overall this was pretty good on fish and I enjoyed it, but definitely be sure to be on the lighter side when seasoning your dishes as this is VERY salty.I probably wouldn't buy it again, but it was inexpensive enough and still enhanced the flavor a bit.

Very tasty rub!
This is a great seafood grill rub. Have used on mahi-mahi and swordfish. Very tasty!
