I started pour painting in the middle of last year. I fell into it by accident..I was painting flowers on a panel and had set it on a counter when I was done. My daughter came out and needed help with her hair so I sprayed it with a coconut oil (store bought hair product to make hair shiny). When I came back to look at my painting a few hours later, I was surprised to find little "dots" all over it..and thought oh that looks kind of cool...and had no explanation except it had to be the oil spray. I started doing a little research and that's when I found Pour Painting - and have been hooked ever since.I think I have purchased every brand of Acrylic paint there is....not only because of all the colors out there, but really just trying to find that "One" brand that I want as my "go to" paint.I ordered this in a few metallic colors ~ silver, gold and copper as well as the teal and purple. I tried the Teal and Gold first...and let me tell you - this paint is like BUTTER.I have purchased so many gold, copper and silvers I think I have 10 bottles (or more) of each, but I find that they're lumpy, and either super thick or watery, and not very pigmented (in my opinion).Every color I have from Pouring Masters is SO pigmented it's ridiculous. I was worried about adding Floetrol and/or water - but neither did anything negative to the paint. I added Floetrol and water and a little silicone and it was all good. This paint is Gorgeous!I only made one painting so far and it was just an experiment so I could see how the paints do...but I am ABSOLUTELY going to come back and purchase more.... in the largest size bottles.If you're new to pour painting, or if you've been doing this for year and have never tried this brand of paint - TRY it!!All my paint arrived fast, and in perfect condition - no leaks or anything.(I'll be adding a few photos as soon as the panting is dry)

There are so many things I want to say about Pouring Masters paint that it's hard to know where to start. I don't like it. At all. And the truth is it almost made me give up flow art entirely. That is because Pouring Masters paint was the only product I used when I first became interested in acrylic pouring. And I invested a LOT of money in these paints, buying nearly every color and in the large sizes too. At the time I didn't feel confident in my ability to mix my own, and thought it was worth paying extra for the convenience of not having to. It wasn't.Virtually every painting I made with this paint did not come out very good. I chalked it up to inexperience and kept trying different methods and techniques. But it was no use. I was convinced that it was me, something I was doing wrong, that resulted in so much wasted paint from constantly having to scrape the canvas and start over. It really got to me and I questioned whether this newfound hobby was worth continuing. I nearly gave it up.It wasn't until a month later I watched a professional artist do a video review of these paints and they too struggled to produce decent results with it. After that I had an epiphany and wondered if it wasn't ME that was bad, but rather, the PAINT. So I went out, got some tubes of soft body acrylic paint, some Elmer's Glue-All, and Floetrol. And BAM, the very first painting I did with my own mix turned out amazing. My confidence was immediately restored, and I've been mixing my own ever since.What I know now, but didn't at the time, it's that this paint is WAY too thick to use right out of the bottle. Even though the label says you can, it ALSO has small print on the label recommending you use it with their pouring medium for "best results". So by their own admission it's not exactly "Ready to Pour". It DOES flow enough on its own, but it's still a thick consistency. So it won't work well for certain techniques, like a swipe, without thinning it down first. Even so, I've still not been able to get good results with it. I've used their brand of pouring medium, glue, floetrol, none of it has resulted in a decent outcome. It doesn't even work very well with silicone. However, because it is so thick it DOES work very well for ring pours. In fact, it's amazing for that specific technique. And I'm at least happy about that, since I didn't know what I was going to do with all this Pouring Masters paint I had lying around.The color selection is fantastic, and the colors are beautiful. I'll give them that. But given the struggles I've had getting the paint to work the way I want them to, I won't repurchase them again. I've had far superior results mixing my own.

This paint is a beautiful midnight blue from some angles and straight on it is a shiny black.I am so thrilled with how this went on I will use it again and again and repurchase. You can dilute this if youwant but I would leave it as is. This paint is worth every penny!

Hard to find white metallic. The pearl option in other metallics adds ivory hint. It muted the ivory in the Modern Maters shimmerstone base plaster I used for bathroom walls. Enough for one 5x5x8’H bathroom.

Like liquid gold! My favorite paint right now! You will love it! Great brand!

The paint flows easily and the pearly quality is a delight for me. It adds a pleasing touch to my trials and errors. I'm having fun with it and will most likely purchase it again.
