I needed this item because my left knee went out & I was in alotta pain. Thankfully! These came just in time! I had this item many years ago ad was delighted to get this back w a much improved oval design. What's even more awesome is the item comes in 2 ice packs & I needed to use 1 right after the other so great. These ice pacs freeze quickly and mold well around my knee. I use it on my neck to, wherever I need icing. These ice ensemble saved my life and the velcro really sticks! I had to get up on a ladder wearing 1 for pain and the ice pack stayed secure the whole time. Great Product!

These Medvice gel packs are a lifesaver for aches and pains. Whether I needed cold therapy for swelling or a bit of heat for sore muscles, these packs got the job done. The adjustable strap is super convenient—it stays put and allows me to move around while treating an injury (multitasking win!).The gel packs are flexible even when frozen, which is great for contouring to knees or shoulders. However, I did notice that they don’t retain heat as long as I’d like—about 20 minutes tops before reheating is needed.Overall, they’re sturdy, easy to use, and effective. With a little improvement in heat retention, they’d be perfect. Still, a solid 4 stars for how versatile and handy they are

This ice pack is very convenient. The ice packs are flexible and soft.They fit easily into the sleeve and are easily held into place with the velcro strap.I would like a larger six by six option.

Excellent product. What I was looking for. The 2-pack gel packs can be heated or frozen. When frozen, they’re still semi flexible, enough to wrap around a knee or a leg or an arm.. The strap that you insert the pack into is wide and long; very easy to wrap around a leg or an arm. Recommend the product.

These ice packs work great for sore muscles or after surgery. Its large enough to cover areas and is flexible to curve around your arm or legs. They stay cold for a while before you throw it back in the freezer. It's soft and has the protector so you don't get cold burn on your skin.

The hot/cold pads are very Sturdy and well constructed. The velcro support band has just the right amount of elasticity to give firm support to prevent the pad from slipping. Yet it is not too tight. The pouch is well constructed and won't let the hot/cold pad slip out. I am using these after shoulder joint surgery and they work quite well.

I purchased these reusable hot and cold ice packs hoping for a convenient and portable way to soothe aches and pains. Unfortunately, my experience with the "hot" aspect of these packs was disappointing.The heat retention was minimal. The packs simply didn't stay warm for very long at all. Within a short period, the comforting warmth faded, leaving me needing to reheat them far more frequently than I anticipated. This significantly limited their usefulness for extended relief.Secondly, I noticed that the edges of the packs became uncomfortably hot. While the main surface provided a moderate level of warmth initially, the perimeter seemed to concentrate the heat, making them potentially irritating against the skin if not carefully positioned.Finally, the design restricted movement. They slip and slide easily, the lack of a secure fit confined me to a stationary position.While these packs didn't serve my primary purpose of providing lasting and mobile heat therapy, I can see how they might be an acceptable alternative for someone specifically looking to avoid electric heating pads and only needs very short bursts of warmth.I did not have the opportunity to test the cold therapy function, so I cannot comment on its effectiveness.
