Great taste and value!
This soup tastes as good or better that the one in the red and white can, but is 1/3 of the price — 63¢ vs $2.00! When used in a casserole, with other ingredients, you really can’t tell any difference.

Just right!
I use this product for quick, simple recipes. It is just as tasty and similar in consistency as the "whole fat" cream of mushroom soup, but because it is smoother it it much easier to blend in with other ingredients. All around, a winner.

Very thin, watery, before adding water.
I bought this hoping I could use it like gravy over brown rice since it is "condensed"". When I opened the can, i found it was very thin and watery. I've never seen condensed soup this thin. Following a recipe for thickening soup by adding flour to it, I added a can of water to it and warmed it on the stove. Then I poured a portion of the soup into a bowl and slowly stirred two rounded tablespoons of whole wheat bread flour in to mix it. I had to put it in the microwave for 30 seconds to get it to thicken. The result was passable for a first try after adding some pepper and garlic salt to it. I hope to improve the result with some experimentation.As soup, it is a fail. Too watery and tasteless.

Great taste and excellent quality!
I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and flavorful this product was. The packaging was secure, and the expiration date was far out, which is always a plus. Definitely a great value for the price — I will be reordering soon!
