Excellent replacement
Fits perfectly. My original didn't have a spring on the hook end but it doesn't seem to affect its operation in any way. I suggest you fix the hook end first making sure to take note of the cable path. Have a spare cable for the future.

Work well…..
These work well and are very easy to install. The cable end didn’t quite fit my release catch, but a little ‘adjusting’ and all worked out fine AND I now have a spare. Pleased with the quality as the price was lower than I paid last time for a single replacement.

These were a lot cheaper than the last time our steer failed to lift the footrest it cost us £40 each to be replaced by a company My husband fixed steer in about 10 minutes Bargain !!!

Saves A Lot of Money
I bought this to repair my 'Anton' leather recliner chair from Dunelm, which of course broke a month over it's 12 month guarantee. It's a good buy as I got a new cable and a spare for future use. Easy for a sixty-something woman like me to fit. Only needed a screwdriver and long nosed pliers to do the job. I watched a YouTube video first (just in case) but it's fairly intuative and I took a photo on my phone of the mechanism before I dismantled it so that I knew where everything went when reassembling it. Saved me from paying for a repair or buying new recliner. Thanks

Did the Job and works well.
Both of the recline cables had snapped on my sofa so the 2 pack was a bonus. I wasn't sure whether these would be universal as it didn't look exactly the same as the one fitted but I did manage to fit these and get them working all be it with a bit of adjustment. The release handles on my sofa had a slightly smaller diameter hole where the threaded part of the cable goes through, I had to run a 6mm drill through the hole to widen it a bit then everything worked fine. Slightly fiddly to get them fitted under the sofa but after about 40 mins I now have 2 working recliner sections again.

Passen einwandfrei an meinen Relaxsessel. Einbau problemlos. Sessel funktioniert wieder.

Parfait . Correspondance avec le fauteuil. Se monte très rapidement même pour une 1er fois . Petit conseil, monter la poignée ensuite faite passer le câble et fixer le au support qui remonte le siège , et clipsé l'agrafe dans la structure, sinon vous ne pourrez pas tendre votre câble. N'oubliez pas de la vis pour l'agrafe si présente, sinon ça saute .
