Interesting text that provides excellent resources as well as things to consider before implementation. This book was required for a course, but it is one I will cherish!

Why bother buying this book and reading outdated information when you can easily google "Digital Tools for Teaching" and read about more relevant products via blogs.

I needed this book for a class. I received the book FASTER than expected, which was great because I needed it for my class ASAP. Book was in perfect condition as described!! Great book if you are a teacher wanting to learn more about integrating technology into your classroom. Has up-to-date recommendations and ideas. I use my book all the time -- in and OUT of class! Kids respond VERY well to technology in the classroom! They are usually impressed that I know something about the technology that they are using! :)

I judged this book by its cover and got burned. Teachers: please - you work too hard for your money to waste it on this outdated collection of basic information. You can get better information about digital tools for teaching by searching the internet for ideas.

This book gives you so many ideas for creative and digital ideas for the classroom. I've already gone through it at least a couple times. Each time I find more that I love about it.

This is an amazing resource for teachers. The unique feature of the book is that the author provide concrete and solid examples of how to use the digital tools in language arts, math, science, and social studies. These example bring the tools to life and help teachers think how they might use them in classroom. I saw a previous review about the tools not being new, but I see that as somewhat irrelevant. The tools are new enough and the key strength of this book is showing the pedagogy behind the tools - concrete strategies and that is what instructors need.

Lots of good theory at the front, but the back part is all about different tech resources to use in the classroom. Check with your school board to see what you are allowed to use, and also keep in mind that some of these may be outdated. I think the point is to start somewhere and just be open to trying something new.

This is an outdated book - everything that is included in it is very elementary and is readily available online.
