I bought his product a little over a year ago. It came as 4 quart bottles, not a 1 gallon jug as advertised. I used about half a bottle to treat my system. I have a wall mounted condensing boiler and thus not a lot of water volume in my system. I can’t say how well the treatment works, but pH and such tested OK.My big complaint was the packaging. The liquid ate through the bottles it was shipped in about 7 months after my purchase! I had the bottles sitting on my concrete floor and noticed a brown puddle on the floor. I disposed of two of the bottles that were leaking and placed the other two in a 5 gallon bucket. The liquid had etched the concrete and was hard to clean up. Within a few weeks the other two bottles had been eaten through and leaked into the plastic bucket. So, I paid $40 for a gallon of this stuff and got to use maybe half of a quart bottle. I can’t recommend anyone buy this. If you do, use it quickly and transfer the remaining liquid to a glass bottle and hope it doesn’t eat glass.

I have a 100 gallon system so the closed loop treatment amount is only 1/3 gallon. This is a good quantity to work with so that part is good. The cost of a gallon is about $37 so the treatment cost is very reasonable. I added the 1/3 gallon and topped up the system and have it back pressurized to 17 psi and working well. Past that, I have no idea right now about how good or bad this liquid is at keeping corrosion in check or keeping the system healthy over time. I guess this will become apparent over time. That's as far as this review can go given that this is the day the treatment was added.

In a steam boiler, you need to periodically skim the boiler for it to work efficiently; to do this you skim until the water is clear. You can't do it with this product because it has a rust color.

Easy to use, easy to read and understand instructions. Just added this product. So early offset on how it works. Really like the interaction with the seller both before receiving and after.

So far, I really like this treatment. At first, I put a few teaspoons into a bucket of water. Felt treated water and it was soft and slippery. This treatment is already doing what it says. Compared to regular water an improvement just by feel.

This product is good to keep your steam boiler operating smoothly.
