Very nice quality and appears heavy duty and well made
As you can see from my attached photos, the design of the Moog tie rod rubber boot is actually a little different in person than shown in the photos on Amazon. The boot is crimped on, as opposed to being removable. This is actually a plus I think.Overall, these tie rod ends seem to be very well made and heavy duty. Installing the zerk fitting is a little bit tricky, so be careful and take your time. You really need to match up the starting thread section of the top plate with the starting threads of the zerk fitting, in order to ensure a good thread engagement. Be careful not to over tighten.Quality of the castle nuts is very good. They appear to be hardened steel from what I can tell and look to be as strong, if not stronger than the OEM nuts used by Toyota. The quality of the threads (where the tie rod attaches to the steering linkage sleeve) leave a little bit to be desired. I ended up having to use a file to chamfer the end which is inserted into the sleeve, as the end of the threaded rod was a bit rough. Also, on one of the tie rod ends I received, it appeared something had smashed into the threads (near the middle of the shaft) and dented them. I would guess that whatever company is making these, just tosses them into a bin, without any regard for causing damage to parts which have already been made. As a result, I had to use a 1.5mm thread file and clean up the damaged thread crests. I'm surprised Moog - or their partners - aren't a little more careful with their parts.Another thing, as far as installation goes, you'll need to grease these during installation. Initially, I thought they had grease in them, but upon closer inspection, I could see that either they did not or they barely had any grease inside the boot. Additionally, if you install these without grease inside the boot and especially between the boot and the face of the steering knuckle, the boot has a very bad habit of binding and twisting. This tendency is reduced by having a lot of grease inside the boot, which then finds its way down into a sort of recessed circle near the steering knuckle face. However, without doing that, the boot twists during steering.Overall, quality seems very good. I would say these are probably fairly comparable to OEM Toyota parts, but only time will tell. I would guess these are probably good for plenty of miles as they seem to be pretty well made. For the low cost and rapid shipping from Amazon, I think it's really great value for the money. If the pair I just installed on my 1990 Toyota Pickup 2WD ever fail, I will return here to update how many miles they lasted. All in all, very pleased with these parts from Moog.

They'll last longer than your vehicle;)
You may have made it this far in life going cheap, don't cheap out on your daily driver! Best value for a lifetime warranty and best deal on a once in a lifetime part;)They were really easy for my mechanic to install;) and the best value for your money because you only have to buy them once!

Quality product, Fast Delivery
I chose Moog because of past experiences with competing brands. Their cost is higher but it is a reflection of the cost for high quality materials. I used to buy the lower cost competitors but they would fail typically after the warranty expired, and of course they don't reimburse you for the cost of an alignment after you replace the part. I switched to Moog and have not had a part of theirs fail yet. I have 6 vehicles of different makes and types, cars, trucks, and SUVs so I am experienced in the cost of ownership and value in quality products.

seems to work so far.
I would have given them 5 stars if the grease fitting wasnt so difficult to get started. it went on quick and easy though, so we will see about the longevity of it. I only use the truck for off road probably 6 times a year and it sits otherwise, so probably will last 10 yrs.
