Love it
I used it to add it to the plastic part of the jet ski to prevent dock scratched works well but the. Adhesive comes off so i picked up an adhesive primer so far its good

Strong adhesive.
It's holding well on bare wood. If you have to bend it, though, score it a bit with a blade or it will pop loose.

I have to buy the tape primer, won't stick to brand new polyurethane paint job.
I used it on my fiberglass dinghy, new polyurethane paint job. It fell off and stuck to the floor in my shop. Dusty floor. Imagine my thoughts here, what can I use to clean it and will the tape primer work?

Does not stick
The product is a good product, looks nice, thick and well made. However, we put it up and came back later and it was laying on the floor. Does not stick to the surface. You will need to buy some adhesive to add to it. I am returning it. Who wants to spend extra to buy adhesive for a self stick product.

Great RV Ladder Abrasion Protection
I ordered the 1" wide Partsman rubber moulding specifically to be used as abrasion protection for my 5 in 1 folding extension ladder. I use the ladder to gain access to the roof on my class A diesel pusher motorhome. I prefer to lean the ladder against the roof radius so that I have the top few feet of the ladder above the roof to hang onto. This moulding fits the 1" wide rails of the ladder perfectly. It's the perfect solution to prevent scratching the RV paint.

pay attention to what you expect
AWESOME. Yes, for those nay sayers about adhesion, here is your sign. First, no self adhesive tape twill work without surface preparation. This stuff DOES stick. But in all fairness, I used this on a brand new bass boat rail that I knew would rub against dock rails. SO, I cleaned the surface thoroughly, then applied 3m Super weatherstrip adhesive and guess what. NO PROBLEM. So, for those who say too small, doesn't stick well get over it. I would definitely buy this again if needed and would recommend to anyone. Oh, and by the way please do not use a heat gun on this product. It will cause serious issues. Regards!
