D'CENT Hardware Wallet 2-Pack | Biometric Cold Storage, Bluetooth, Crypto

I purchased this Biometric Wallet from Amazon and decided to give it a try. Never had any experience with a hardware wallet so it was a little bit difficult for me to setup. After watching some videos on Youtube I began to setup the Wallet. When I attempted to upgrade the firmware my computer froze so I unplugged it. Eventually I was able to transfer my Cryptos from my Coinbase account. I started to have issues with the Bluetooth connectivity between the Hardware wallet and my phone. It would not allow me enough time to transfer Cryptos back to my Coinbase account because it kept on disconnecting. Additionally I screwed up some where when I tried to transfer my Bitcoin back to my Coinbase account. My Bitcoin did not appear on the Hardware wallet or my Coinbase account. I email D'cent. (you can go on their website and click on support, then questions and write them a message and someone from the company will email you back. W.K. from D'cent responded to my email and was in constant contact with me trough email, text, and even called me on several occasions to help resolve my issues that I was having. He even sent me a new Hardware wallet to see if the one that came from Amazon was defective. I think the Bluetooth connectivity issue I was having was because of my phone and not the Hardware wallet itself. W.K. and his team suggested that I buy a OTG cable( you can purchase it on Amazon also) to connect the Hardware wallet directly to the phone. That fixed the connection problem and I was able to transfer my Cryptos back and forth from the Hardware wallet and my Coinbase account. This company is top notch and the Hardware wallet is excellent. You just have to get some experience setting it up. If you dont know how to set it up I suggest you contact D'cent through the Web page and they will walk you through it. In closing I would Highly recommend this Hardware wallet because of their Excellent customer service. I was not expecting such great communication and help from D'cent because most of the time you dont get good customer service from a company. W.K. was such a big help to me, I really appreciate the help he gave me. I never write reviews on most things I buy but I felt that I had to due to the excellent customer service I was given.Thanks W.K. for all your help. This is a Great product with Excellent Customer service. Hope this helps someone if they are unsure about buying this Hardware wallet or not.

Good variety of coins

Doesn't read my finger print accurately. Tried other fingers, sometimes works but 90% of the time doesn't work, so we have to put the 4 digit code to get into our dcent biometric wallet. Might have to try the Trezor Wallet.

Selected this unit for compact size and simple to operate ,the only negative is the limited number of crypto it will store, but still give it 5 star

Hasta ahorita a salido bien, lo que le doy el plus que acepta diferentes monedas o criptos de las que no todas acepta las billeteras, un poco de problemas con conectarlo ya que se apaga si no establece la conexión de hay fuera la recomiendo más está en promocion

I have two of these units and have been using them for two years now. Updates are easy and I have the peace of mind of knowing that I now control my crypto. In a word of regular hacks and scams, D'Cent Biometric wallet has my crypto secure.
