Well packaged and arrived quickly. I haven't walked outside with the inserts in place yet but walking around the house I'm very pleased. The idea was to try and increase the appearance of the length of my legs, which they have done. Comfortable and they appear well made. Will most likely be purchasing again if the need arises.

I generally like these, and they do add decent height and comfortable to walk in. You need to choose shoes to insert, as without good depth in heel your feet sit on the top, and it can make the shoe cut in to upper foot if not roomy shoes. I wore with crocs, and the things flew out whilst crossing the road. Too uncomfortable with trainers. So, good but not for all foot wear

Product did not adhere to the sole of the shoe. It's probably better suited for comfort and softness, than for height irregularities, as it's very soft.

I had a total hip replacement which left the operated leg about 1.5 cm longer than the other. I went to a podiatrist who made me an insole to compensate for the extra length. This was an expensive method to cure the problem, requiring several visits to the podiatrist. I had tried other brands of insoles before, but none of them gave me enough extra height. I found the Ailaka 1.5 cm heel raiser insoles on the Amazon website, ordered and received them very promptly. I’ve only had them for a few days but so far find them very comfortable to walk on, they fit my shoe well and don’t slide about in my shoe. They look sturdy and well made, and so far I am very pleased with my purchase, way cheaper than a visit to the podiatrist!

I am suffering from achilles tendonitis and my podiatrist suggested these heel lifts .This particular brand is extremely good .The price for 2 pairs is great and the product is worth every penny. They are super comfy ,no pressure anywhere .an ideal fit, and stay"put" . I would definitely recommend this company to buy from

They to expensive for just gel! Plus when you get a full 13 stone body the heels sink, I know it’s your first business Will, but I’m not impressed with this product ,sorry

Very good , I bought it for the second time, these are the best of all similar items because there is fabrics on the top and is more comfortable for the heel. I Recommend them.

La tela suele despegarse de la Goma y esto produce una molestia a la sensación del talón, tuve que pegarlo por mis propios medios, ya que a la segunda puesta se despegó, pero hasta hoy a resultado bien.

Don't go by a couple of bad reviews, Just try these for yourself. I was miserable and in pain while walking, and these Gel Increase Soles took all the pain away (Bottom of my feet are uneven). Super duper comfortable, like your heel is stepping on a cloud. Very good quality, added height, nicely packaged and I ordered twice already, and will most likely order more in the future. Yes it's true, the adhesion isn't the greatest, but they don't swim around in my shoes anyway, they stay put because they're a good size for regular shoes. For sandals, I'd suggest to wear them with sandals that have a strap on the back to keep them in place. Also they're great for sandals because they are CLEAR, so they're not visible. I had to write this because I am very pleased with this purchase and will order more!!

Appreciate being able to wear just one set of thick heel cushions rather than several thin ones. ........i use them to prevent heel spurs. The gel ones are the best in that category in my opinion. Great product.
