That depends. You can re-use the existing springs if they are in good shape. If they are not, then you can replace them. The fact that you are asking this leads me to believe that this is a new experience for you. You will need to rent a spring compressor to remove the old struts and springs. This can be a very dangerous or even fatal procedure if performed incorrectly. There are several good Youtube videos on how the job should be done. I suggest you review a couple of them and then decide if this is a job you want to tackle on your own.
