Clean, Divine Chocolate
After searching for the cleanest chocolate I could find, (because I simply cannot live without chocolate, I've tried), HU wins out hands down. With only a few ingredients, it hits the spot with no processed sugar, no erythritol, no artificial anything, and no preservatives. I enjoy a handful of dark chocolate gems every day without guilt. The salty version is my favorite, but the mint and plain dark chocolate are also quite tasty. They are pricy, but you get what you pay for, and I would rather support a company that works to give me a clean, quality product. HU has my heart forever.

Damaged product
Received damaged product and was told nothing could be done. Chocolate was melted and then frozen. It was ruined.

HU Gems are the best snack
I love the HU Mint Gems and am sorry to see that they are discontinued from HU. I hope they will reconsider and bring back this flavor. These are great in the afternoon (or evening) when you just sit down with a cup of coffee. For me, better than any kind of "chocolate product" out there.I do hope that Hu will continue the GEMS even though the Mint will be gone.The package arrived in a small box and the best buy date was four months away. Tightly wrapped.Amazon delivery driver was so careful bringing to my door. I wish I could thank them personally.Highly recommend!

I Different Way to Consume Chocolate
As I moved to a plant-based diet, I was trying to figure out how to do chocolate. This little package of gem chocolate has given me quite of few options: Straight out of the bag, added to an organic trail mix, put 2 on a small spoon of peanut butter (you have an instant Reese's Peanut Butter cup). I ordered a box of 6 bags as they keep really well on the pantry shelf and the seller did an awesome job of packing them for the hot August weather. They were delivered in perfect condition.
